No Need for Speed 28 Apr 2005
I was somewhat taken aback after reading an article on BBC news about how 12,500 people were caught by a temporary camera in just two months. What was more alarming was this quote from a Sussex Safety Camera Partership, the people who operate the cameras in Sussex, spokesman:
