A New Start
I’ve mentioned that I’ve been looking for a new job for a while (my old boss had actually started joking me about it). Today was my first day at a new place. I don’t post about where I work except in the most general of terms, and I won’t be changing that anytime soon, but suffice to say it’s in an industry and area which is closer to my passions. It also has the benefit of being much closer to home, so no more sitting on the motorway for an hour each way.
Not hanging about, my last day at the old place was Friday and while I won’t miss the job or company so much, it was hard to say bye to all the people I’d worked with and I have to confess they gave me a good send off. So cheers to them all for that.
